Shipping policy

We make every attempt to ship orders the next day when received Monday-Friday. Overnight packages will be shipped same day when received prior to 2PM PST M-F. We do not process nor ship packages on Sunday. It should be noted at this time that almost all ground packages are encountering delays due to the amount of volume at different carriers as a result of Covid-19. Once packages leave our facility and are scanned at a carrier facility they are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is late or shown to be delivered and you have not received it, please check with your postal carrier as they can track where the package was last scanned and help you retrieve it. If you would like an extra insurance on your package or would like your package to require signature at delivery, please contact us at lamylift@gmail.com as soon as you submit your order with order number in the subject bar.
